Got it working with NFS, and Tvheadend PVR. I will be reporting.

Thank you!
I'd love to hear how you did that. Nothing happens when I try to select/add video directories...

Here too, shares via NFS on my Synolgy NAS works great!
Just make sure that the correct NFS priviliges are setup on the NAS correctly to the correct ip address of the aTV4

Hi sorry for the totally noob questions but I am unfamiliar with Kodi or mrmc, I currently use mediabrowser on a htpc all my videos are on my local server and their art and metadata is fetched using metabrowser and stored in the same place. The metadata is in the format folder.jpg, backdrop.jpg, series.xml will MrMc use this existing art/info or will it download it's own? Also does MrMc keep a track of what's been watched with checkmark or similar? does it jump to the next unwatched ep the next time you enter the show?
Thanks in advance

Just like i used to do in Kodi... I go to add videos, then browse, nfs, and then i select the nfs share ip and folder. The nfs share is in a Synology NAS. Check NFS permissions if still not showing shares.

Minor technical issue with pushing source code public, I forgot to take the safety off on that repo at github. D'uh.

Super cool with an early Christmas presents before Christmas.

I had almost everything working after installation:
:D SMB my files on my nas
:D DVBLink to my TV via nas / HDHomeRun
:D Biggest MKV movies on 25GB played via NAS, no problems!
:D Access to MySQL movie / TV series Database

Overall, there were so many things in place in the first release thank you.

A desire for the next release:
Trakt.tv would be cannon if it could support this. may be this is one of the 'forbidden' add-ons. but would be canon.

This is just outstanding. I had no problem whatsoever adding my NAS and everything is working perfectly. I have 2 questions - how to bring up context menu? And how did you add your movies to your home screen as in the screenshot? Excellent work to the dev(s) :D
