"Enter"/"ok" button don't work in this skin

I don't seem to get the Enter button to work,so it's very hard to use and even to get out of . Obviusly something is wrong but what? Has tried it on a new virgin profile but still the same,worksfins as long you are in Settings, but once you leave you cant use it.
