I really, really love the fanart view in Ariana. Very closely mimics my favorite Kodi skin. The only issues I have is that it can take forever to scroll through large libraries and the lack of collection support via a Plex backend.

Having troubling getting out of the live TV guide (hdhomerun pvr) with Ariana. Hitting the “menu” button on the Siri remote just brings up the view options menu. If I then select the tv view, I can press “menu” to back out to the main menu. Double click or long press closes the app.

Apple TV 4K running tvOS 12
Latest MrMc TestFlight version
Enable/disable Siri expert mode (or whatever it’s called) doesn’t impact it

I think my comment is moot now that the title under the poster scrolls (on the right side). It didn’t scroll for me in the last version.

PVR is fixed for me too.

Some issue here,and I use a 3rd party remote. I had to just keep hitting menu until I got out, and then I’m all the way out.

Feedback Ariana, PVR mode only:

Icon view TV channels:
No scaling present to fit channel logo’s

Channel groups:
Having more than 10 channel groups I miss the direct selection of a channel group, like in Opacity.
I have channelgroups like Sports, Movie, Music, Kids, Docu etc for each of my sources (DVB-C/IPTV). Can the left side menu have a second column that jumps out for direct selection of a channel group, instead of clicking through each group or something that allows quick navigation ?

Guide:
Missing program EPG info & thumb of selected program in Guide at bottom of screen, just like in Opacity

TV channels view:
Still don’t like that only 6 channels are visible at once, while in Opacity, 9 are shown. Also missing scroll bar to scrol TV channels by page like in Opacity, where I can browse by 9 channels at once by using the scroll bar.

@Pecinko, nice to see Ariana getting some TLC :-)

@pecinko. Apple TV 4K latest test flight
Ariana new slide-out drawer for media views is too "spring loaded". so drawer repeatedly opens and closes when trying to use.
Like the changes btw. I don't have OLED TV...looks like its for deep blacks in the skin. is that the idea?
