Yeah. We are in process of improving MrMC and that involves some changes that have impact on skins. As a small team, we are not able to maintain all skins that are currently available thus focusing primarily on Opacity and Ariana at the moment.

We will provide help and info needed for all skin authors that are interested in keeping their skins up-to-date with recent changes in MrMC as well as those that might come in version 3.8

But, build 180531.1352 works like it should.
there was a boo-boo I made with regards to keymaps, thats fixed now and I suspect that is an issue you are seeing.... check the next TF once its out, it _should_ work
Does that "boo-boo" fix also fix "Long Press" during play, which now, doesn't bring up TV Channel List with program info and program run time (tested in Opacity, DVBLink+TVMosaic PVR).

monkbolt wrote: 06 Jun 2018, 12:40 I've been having constant problems with the Plex service on MrMC. It often (but not always) can't connect to the server, I've even had trouble just logging in to Plex when troubleshooting (I got the 'couldn't retrieve the auth token' error several times but eventually was able to connect). Sometimes it initially connects but then loses the connection. I'm not sure it has anything to do with any recent changes you've made, but it did work flawlessly when you first introduced this feature. I tried rolling back to previous builds, even tried reinstalling the app and using the App Store app on my iPad, but the problem was present in all of those version. I haven't changed anything in my Plex configuration. I tried another app with Plex integration and it doesn't seem to have this problem. The first-party Plex client also works well. I even tried reinstalling the Plex server on my PC and disabling the Windows 10 firewall - to no avail. I'm not sure what else to do. Here's the debug log.
Guys, please take a look at this. Could I possibly be having these issues because I'm on tvOS 11.2.1? I don't want to update because 11.3 breaks audio passthrough. I don't have this problem with any other Plex client, including MrMC on my iPad with iOS 11.3.1 (previously I only tested it on 11.1.2 and had frequent disconnects there as well).

Code: Select all

16:06:31 T:6172274688   ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 0 for https://plex.tv/pms/resources?includeHttps=1
16:06:31 T:6172274688   DEBUG: CPlexServices::GetMyPlexServers failed , code 0
it fails to get the servers, why is that is not clear... I have no issues on latest tvOS but have no 11.2 atvs to test unfortunately.

Yeah, the version doesn’t seem to have to do anything with it after all. Now I can't even get a pin (can't retrieve an auth token error) on the iOS version. Even when I could connect, it was always with a long delay before I could enter the code. I hate to say it, but the same method of logging in works instantaneously every time in both their own app and in Infuse. What really baffles me is that it used to work perfectly fine in MrMC with the same network configuration just several weeks ago. Maybe a Windows update broke something, but I assume it would be widely reported if that was the case.

Here's a new one (I first attempted to log into the Plex service, then the addon).

34.248.194.188 does not respond to pings, your DSN cache is poisoned.

for me, https://plex.tv resolves to 52.5.129.114 which is an Amazon AWS/EMC server.
