All the issues should be addressed in next update, let me know if anything else is needed. Dark mode should already be available on tvOS, or manually from skin settings for other platforms in next update.

- the Movie Set bug; but this you know
- Pull-down menue for the Media DB used (MrMC, Plex, Emby) could be brought near the left upper corner (this is actually the root node in the Skin tree)
- The Dark mode is working fine now, thanks but the Bright mode is still top bright; the contrast can be enhanced everywhere especially in the Settings tiles.
- I know it was me who complained about too small tiles and icons on the home page for the media type (Movies, TV Shows, etc.) but now I think they are too big/dominant; I would say 25% smaller diagonally would be nice.
- rounded corners, especially for the Media-type tiles, would make it nicer/modern; but this is a matter of taste.

- I would like to hear more about your use case and why you think your suggestion would be beneficial. Explain it to me please like am 5 years old. Current approach seems logical to me - you want movies, click on it and you are presented with a list of available sources to play from

- I can go with smaller home tiles - 6 items, previous layout. I won't go smaller as it won't fit in GUI guidelines

2. in the former version there were three little dots for the options. is it possible to bring them back or to introduce a kiosk-mode? maybe the option is already there, but i could not find it.

Please explain. Options are still there just using text label instead of dots. Kiosk mode, in xbmc dictionary, stands for "all other stuff hidden, only movie list visible". Thus, I read your post as please bring back dots so I can hide them, which is probably not what you had in mind.

As for what is "logical", I guess there are pro and contra both tree types; for my use case, at home where my media source files are (two Synology Diskstations), I use native MrMC media DB because it ca also handle .iso and blu-ray BDMV files. So, I would start at this DB and stay there for all types of media; Movie, TV Shows. Away from home, I use either Plex or Emby to stream to my location, so again, I choose the Server and stay there for all types of media. This makes the tree looks like: Media{DB{MrMC{Movies(files), TVShows(files), ...}, Plex{Movies(files), TVShows(files), ...}, Emby{Movies(files), TVShows(files), ...} instead of Media{Movies{DB{MrMC(files), Plex(files), Emby(files)}, TVShows{DB{MrMC(files), Plex(files), Emby(files)}, ...}.
If like a 5 years old, I would say, let's eat Chinese or Italian or Indian food, when in this restaurant we can choose the courses Appetizers, Main dish or Desert rather than let's eat Appetizers; Chinese, Italian or Indian, then a Main Dish; Chinese, Italian or Indian, etc. So, for me, the location is the root and not the media to consume.

As for the Tile/Icon-size; I think 6 tiles are fine.

I have various sources in MrMC and for me I would prefer to have them in the Main Home screen.

First I would like to say awsome work - respect! Svaka čast!

My 2ct: Basically I would love to have all my sections there like in Plex.

For Example
1. Movies (on ABC123)
2. Kids Movies (on ABC123)
3. James Bond Movies (on SharedServer123)
4. TV Shows (on ABC123)
5. Kids Shows (on ABC123)
6. Documentaries (on SharedServer456)
7. TV Shows (local speak no 2nd line with the location)

But that is just my opinion, still hope though it can be considered

PS The text "User: " below the MrMC main Title could be replaced with the user Icon, simple to understand, no translation needed. And it should be hidden if only one user profile is there.

PPS thats just from reading the forum and seeing one screenshot as on the FTV I don’t know how to participate in TestFlight

I'm still getting library updates happening automatically. One happened on it's own while I was watching a TV show just now. I didn't see it had been added until I finished the episode and there it was listed under Recently Added on the home screen.

Also occasionally a box pops up alerting me to auto updates. If I'm on the home screen it shows up in the bottom left corner, if I'm watching a video it pops up in the top left corner. Usually it just says "auto updates xx minutes or hours ago". I find all of this unnecessary and a bit annoying. Is it supposed to function like that and can I turn it off? Auto updates on startup is turned off.

Settings -> Extensions -> Extensions -> Program Extensions -> Library Auto Update
Select, click on disabled.
