Checked it again and turns out to only happens to high bitrate 4k movies, guess it's a hardware thing, sorry.

Chance of mediainfo on one of those ? Then I can match it to something I have to track it down.

Sorry, 1st is a possible crash fix, I've seen some crashes when python is trying to get a window property but using an empty key string.

2nd is re-org of how we package in python script addons.

So, basically, rest test to make sure everything that was working, still works

Plex findings so far:

1) Sorting my Plex Movies to "release date" or other options crashes the app to ATV Home Screen.
2) Changing my Plex Movies to list view and back to grid view crashes the app to ATV Home Screen.

Request:
For library search, can we have text input by iDevice (Apple remote on iPad/iPhone), or how do you call it) and Siri voice search (with remote) in input field when searching in a library ? Now all input has to be done with onscreen keypad.

The Plex main screen button is great, nice add. Any way I could get an iPad version to test out? I'm mainly using that while getting ready to move.

I have Start Plex on Kodi Startup checked. But I hang at Opacity’s main menu with Plex highlighted on the left. I thought I got that working yesterday but the feature won’t stick.

Unless MrMC is fully closed and exited (generally out just back out) it won't pop back up automatically. It's similar to how the profiles function, and it'd be nice if both came up when you re-enter the app.

On occasion when I confirm Do You Want Exit it hangs with three dots in a box. I have to hit menu a couple more times to exit.

I've had that happen a few times. It also takes a few seconds to open the add-on when you click it either from the add-on menu or from the Plex main screen button.

I still don’t understand how to fully close and exit, so that it re-enters to Plex. It’s still hanging in the MrMc main menu, one or two screens in, with Plex highlighted. Just one more “enter/menu” and I’d be in the addon.

Might be to early to ask this but will the app get higher resolution in the future, now it's very low compared to other ATV apps?

What do you mean app resolution, skin elements ? which skin ?
