that's on the list to get fixed.deraggi wrote:Kudos from me as well, thanks for delivering this so fast. My Apple TV is now finally the center of my Media Landscape again!
For me, everything works very well. I am using the Kodi Remote to control MrMc.
In this scenario, I have a feature request.
After a couple Minutes, the Apple tv switches into screen saver mode (those drone videos of NY, Berlin, etc.)
Right now, it is not possible to return to kodi via the remote app, you can hear the Kodi sounds in the background, however the screensaver video will stay in the foreground.
Is it possible to exit the screensaver as soon as there is an "action" in Kodi? that is triggered by the remote app?
Thanks!

Finally at home, and I just buy it.
Very good job Davilla and Company. For me everything work like a charm, just miss rar support and subtitle add-on, but I can live without them making the things like years ago, uncompress and download subtitles manualy.
Again, nice job!!

You don't need the subtiles addon, it was moved to internal core.erJotas wrote:Finally at home, and I just buy it.

Speaking of subtitles, is there a setting I'm missing to always have subtitles off? Seems every file I play starts with subtitles on and I have to manually disable them. It remembers the setting for that particular video, but it's not system wide.
Regular Kodi has that option in the larger subtitle menu, but that menu doesn't appear to be present just yet in MrMC.

Thought I was smarter than that but clearly not. I was just looking in the subtitle OSD, rather than (as you said) it always has been in the Audio section.
Ignore me, carry on

I just want to say thank you for this app. Have been using Kodi on my ATV2 for a long time, and now the ATV4 is finally as good as the old one in this area.
Great work to get this app available in the Appstore so fast!

Re: MrMC for TVOS Released
Thanks for your hard work on getting MrMC into the tvOS App Store! I know over on the Kodi forums you mentioned a few times that the source code would be released on the MrMC github page as soon as the app went live in the App Store. Do you still plan on releasing the source code? It seems that development of a full Kodi app with addons is depending on that release.
Edit: I stand corrected. Thanks @amet.

All I can say is that my hated W10 HTPC is on ebay now
After one intesive week, the wait has worth it, no problems at all (using my One for All Xsight Lite remote, my Synology NAS, MySQL and big 1080 BD's mkv's)
Congratulations, it's been a great, great job!
