Email support on holiday?

Hi
I wrote an email to support@mrmc.com two days ago. Till now, no answer. I would be glad if anyone from support would tell me if there is any point to wait and how long or I can forget that somebody will ever reply. I have bought licences for two devices, none of the app is working...

Check the vbox log to see what it sees.

I will forward the MrMC Logs to Vbox Support. I am really confused because everytime MrMC fails, the Vbox Live TV app is still working! Finally I do not understand: can MrMC connect to the Vbox or not? Or, although connected, it receives bad or no data from the VBox. I will simply know if it is a HW or SW problem (regarding VBox) . I am ready to purchase another Vbox but if it will perform the same way, it has no point and I have nothing to do but to search another Home TV Gateway...
Any suggestions?
