Problem downloading

I created an account on opensubtitles, but something doesn't accept it. And yes, I have checked the username and password several times. :p

Seems the login details are not saved, you hit “ok” after entering them? Let’s see the full debuglog please

Just to be sure, you put the credentials in the subtitle dialogue, right? Not in settings somewhere? Because I couldn't find anything there. The kodi gui structure is so messy.

Yes, in the subtitle dialogue... and Kodi doesn’t have the same dialogue, not sure how Kodi is relevant here

user/pass is not found, you somehow fail to save it and I dont see you entering the credentials in this log

Hehe I was just talking out loud. When it's a fork of kodi. I'm never sure where anything is to be found :p
Like with this, am I missing something? or is it something on their side?

Ok. When starting a video, and open up the subtitle dialogue.. in the left corner, there's a credentials button. That's where I save it? Not sure if I can do anything more than enter it, press ok. And whenever I start something, the user/pass-window comes up - with my credentials already entered. So it at least remembers it?

its possible they are having the issue, download should work without credentials.. but if you enter user/pass it will be sent over, make sure its correct.

if the window keeps poping up, it means that credentials are incorrect and have not been saved...
