Why do you think it's external ?
I'm using an internal nonrouting 172.16.x.x IP and it's all in my local Network.
Still can't understand why other xbmc/kodi versions are working with the same tvheadend Server and MrMC is not.
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

Re: PVR-Plugin TVHeadend
heh, 172.16.*.* struck me as external...
not sure why its crashing, works like a charm here... see below for my settings on TVH and on mrmc addon.

have you tried clearing data in TV-> General -> Clear Data? that will remove all your channels and force addon to reload from TVH
hit me on [email protected], I can give you test link to my TVH to see if that works
also, I have found a possible fix for a crash, see here on how to go into TestFlight and we can test for 3.0.4 viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1167#p8243

Re: PVR-Plugin TVHeadend
Finally
Found the Problem:
As I'm using a Dual-SatIP Receiver for "ages" and with all my other test-Installations (kodi,Openelec, etc),
I always enable "Predictive Tuning" in tvheadend plugins settings.
With this settings tvheadend is tuning actual channel on one SatIP Port, and the next following channel on the other SatIP Port.
This speeds up zapping very much. So I always tried MrMC with this option enabled.
And this is function which crashes MrMC.
Disabled the function and even 3.0.3 is working.
Why does enabling the function crashes MrMC and how can I help in testing or supporting this function in MrMC.
(as I said, this speeds up zapping very much
)
Sorry for not checking every option in the first place.

Re: PVR-Plugin TVHeadend
did you try 3.0.4 that we sent you testflight for? that has the fix for exactly that problem
EDIT: tested 3.0.3 with that setting on and it does indeed crash... however, fix is in 3.0.4 and we have sent you a testflight invitation yesterday to test it ...

Should we assume this is fixed?

Re: PVR-Plugin TVHeadend [SOLVED]
Hi,
in case of tvheadend plugin working basically (in my environment) - yes consider it fixed.
But while testing with the predictive tuning enabled plugin, I came across some "glitches" and "hanging".
Stupidly those problems only occur randomly, so I don't manage to reproduce them :-/
