Weird. I used to have lipsync problems with 3.6.2 (and SPMC-16.7 before that) on my Shield. With 2.0 stereo soundtracks the lipsync was spot on but with 5.1 DD/DTS tracks audio was always 0.250 seconds behind. So, for each video with a 5.1 track, I had to individually set a +0.250s offset. I have noticed the same (with Shield). The app doesn't present the dialog for resume/start for unfinished videos. However, you still get the option to resume in the contextual menu ('c' with a keyboard, long press 'Select' with the remote).
