Are you comparing the difference between the different versions of MrMC on the same stream ? As in today ? @Davilla Regarding PVR’s, why are same PVR’s in Kodi 18.2 doing refresh rate switching with same channels on same display, if you say it’s a PVR Server issue ?! Well, why was it working in pre tvOS 12.3 ?
Always saw frame rate change with DVBLink and TVMosaic.

Plex beta does frame rate matching with same PVR’s in tvOS 12.3
