I wrote to [email protected] on September 2nd, 2021 but did not receive a reply so I thought I'd create an issue here.
I'm trying to play high bit rate files (~70Mb/s) from Plex on my Mi Box S 4K running Android 9, but the video buffers frequently.
I've tried Plex DLNA w/ VLC, and there's no buffering and seeks are smooth.
I've run speed tests on the TV using analiti, from self-hosted iperf3, and the throughtput hovers around 220Mb/s on 5GHz Wi-Fi.
The video files are all stored locally and I've tried playing on other TVs, where throughput peaks to 195Mb/s.
