MrMC touch + VNSI (HD problems)

Post by chqnib »

Hey,

I just bought MrMC to be used as VDR client (iPad Pro 2018 - thus big resolution) using VNSI. When using Kodi on my mac it works like a charm:

Code: Select all

Jun 03 09:57:42 n40l vdr[755]: [771] VNSI: Client with ID 8 connected: 192.168.1.32:58893

When the stream starts the audio is playing but the video is one still picture (first key frame?)...
After some seconds the audio goes silent.

UPDATE: Trying out some more, it seems that this only applies to HD channels. When streaming SD the video starts playing.

On the server side I am running ubuntu 16 with the following versions:

Code: Select all

root@n40l:~# vdr --version
vdr (2.2.0/2.2.0) - The Video Disk Recorder
vnsiserver (1.3.1) - VDR-Network-Streaming-Interface (VNSI) Server
epgsearch (1.0.1.beta5) - search the EPG for repeats and more
conflictcheckonly (0.0.1) - Direct access to epgsearch's conflict check menu
epgsearchonly (0.0.1) - Direct access to epgsearch's search menu
quickepgsearch (0.0.1) - Quick search for broadcasts
