Pay twice?
There are two different versions? One for phone and one for pad? I have to by both if I plan to use the app on both devices?

As far as i know iPad and iPhone is same version. You only have to pay once.
Just Apple TV is a different version you have pay again.

MrMC is per platform. iOS is one platform which includes iPhone and iPads. tvOS (AppleTV4) is another platform. Same for FireOS.
