As no auto refresh change is there - is on Fire TV "Sync to display" present like on ATV4?

2.4 installed and running Plex. But, I can't get the display switching to work. Whether on always on or start/stop, adjust display refresh rate has no effect. Does something else need to be done or not done?

Resolution 1920x1080p, Refresh Rate 60.00, are greyed out. Is that what you're asking about? GUI resolution limit is auto.

not at all. it switches with kodi on my laptop or with my blu-ray player.

go into fireOS settings for display, do you have more and are you set to auto ?

ultimately, it is fireOS that determines what we can switch to. We only see what it tells us.
