Hi a request.
It would be really great if downlaoded subtitles could be downloaded and renamed to the same location as videos. I'm using Plex and it's always named file.xxx in a directory. It's working on my other Kodi boxes and hope it could be possible to get working in MrMC, since I'm using that as my primary box now.

We have no option to write files next to videos in Plex, it’s a http protocol for playback.

We should save the file in the temp folder after download, it’s an unfortunate thing that plex doesn’t give a different names on playback... I never understood why in direct play they changed the name to file.xxx

Plex server is one way access. We pull from them, there is no push API for placing items into their server.
