We are considering adding core support for hue, we already have the other flavor.

I couldnt wait on maybes, but an alternate option for the "Ambiilight" effect is that i ordered a product called "DreamScreen" basically an RPI , splitter, video capture on a neat package including lights. Hasnt arrived , but might be worth checking out.

Would also love to see hue support, I didn't think this app could get much better but hue support would just be the icing on the cake!
