Hi,
can someone please tell me if "Sync to display" is supported in Kodi on the Fire TV.
Will then my 24p files run at 25fps (if display is set to 1080/50Hz)? Is this then like doing a PAL-Speedup like it is done on PAL-DVDs earlier or a different approach?
If someone please could comment on that.

it's there. atv4 will not change the display as there is no api to do that in iOS/tvOS.
