Only why 4K films cut (cage). The second thing, if I have a Sony Bravia 4K TV, then why do I have a resolution of only 1920x1080 and it does not change to 3840 by 2160 pixels.

In this case it is the same shows me in Kodi and in the MRMC in the end both are based on the same platform. If you do not want to hear about Kodi then I will be writing MRMC I'm testing both programs.

If your Sony Bravia 4K TV does not announce that 4k is a selectable display resolution, then there is nothing MrMC can do.

MrMC can only switch to display resolutions that are provided by the public Android API.

Other players might be using private API's to detect and switch the display resolution. MrMC does not use private Android APIs. MrMC only uses the public Android APIs.
