Mechanism is there, but YouTube app on tvOS won’t accept play url... it works fine on iOS.

We hand it over to YouTube app as that’s the only way to play it, if you have trailer videos in the same folder as main movie files then it should play just fine.

Should the Trailer Button in the Movie Information Screen should work on ATV 4K? It does not in my system...Is there any way to make it work with online trailers (youtube etc...) Youtube App is downloaded from the appstore...

at the moment there is no way to pass youtube id to the app, we do it on iOS and it should work fine there
