Stop movie - Jump to start of list normal?

When I stop a movie, MrMC (Opacity and Amber tested) „jumps“ to the beginning of the movie list. In Kodi it stays „in the list“ at the former stopped movie...can be really annoying when you have a large database and try different movies out...is this a normal behavoir?

Defiantly not normal. I've never see it do that.

Íve forgotten to say: I use the Fire Tv 1 with the newest MrMC Release.
