Problem playing BDMV movie

Post by quasarpod » 10 Jun 2018, 09:15

Hi MrMC,

I'm unsuccessfully trying to play a UHD BDMV movie. It's in a folder named after the movie which also contains BDMV and Certificate folders. The setup is movies on a NAS connected to Shield TV connected to TV. I use a longish press on the shield remote to bring up the sub menu and then click on play. The movie doesn't play but reverts to the list of movies.
The same movie is working OK on Kodi v.18 Leia.

Hoping you can help.

Same here. See my thread on same topic. Looks like MrMC may need to be updated to support it.

It's interesting because now instead of nothing happening Mrmc starts to play the movie immediately below it in the folder. The BDMV movie being the only one in it's own directory and the rest being .MKV files.

Thanks for your input, I'll wait patiently for a future update.
