I wrote "shows" but had in mind movies the whole time. TV series are something different, as you bring up.

I don't know why it shows up for you but not me. I just opened a show and went halfway through it and stopped. Went back and it's gone (when I have Unwatched only checked). When I set it to All Videos it's there with the partially watched icon.

don't worry, you're not the only one. it has never bothered me because I don't usually have unwatched only selected.
