3.7.0 buffer bug
So with the latest update 3.7.0 buffering is broken when "Adjust display refresh rate" is on, once it adjusts then buffering becomes bugged and your video vq drops to 0%. Turning this setting to off fixed the issue for me. Settings - video- playback

first: thanks to post this issue here. It helped to solve this issue on my FireTV (2nd Gen.)
But it seems, that I had only to switch off the "adjust resolution" mark, what improves the situation significantly.
My fireTv 2nd Gen runs on a Full-HD display and I ried to watch a 4K-movie. Maybe that this is the difference in my special setup.
