Hi davilla! Excelent work

I'm trying to compile mrmc from git, but I'm stuck when make the program. I want to compile for Apple TV 4K, so I typed:

cd MrMC
cd tools/depends
./bootstrap
./configure --host=arm-apple-darwin --with-cpu=arm64 --with-platform=tvos
make

The error is when I try to do make:
Off Topic
cd /Users/Shared/xbmc-depends/tarballs; /usr/bin/curl -Ls --create-dirs -f -O ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/libgcrypt/li ... .3.tar.bz2
make[2]: *** [/Users/Shared/xbmc-depends/tarballs/libgcrypt-1.7.3.tar.bz2] Error 56
make[1]: *** [libgcrypt] Error 2
make: *** [target/.installed-appletvos11.1_arm64-target] Error 2
I'm trying to compile ulxmlrpcpp but again I've a new error...so, can you help me?

I'm using macOS Sierra 10.13 under VM, XCode 9.

Thanks!

we use XCode 9.1 for release and XCode 9.2b2 for testing.

also check /Users/Shared/xbmc-depends/tarballs/libgcrypt-1.7.3.tar.bz2
make sure it downloaded right, it not rm it.

Yes, I manually download and now I don't have any error except:
Off Topic
cd appletvos11.1_arm64-target; patch -p1 < ../0001-lavc-aarch64-simple_idct-fix-iOS-build-without-gas-p.patch
patching file libavcodec/aarch64/simple_idct_neon.S

I think is the same error than: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1026&start=30#p9140

I'll try to apply the same fix.

Thanks davilla ;)

yes, now I can make it without problems, but now in XCode I can't compile MrMC:
Off Topic
Code Signing Error: No account for team "8U6WVDN2Q6". Add a new account in the Accounts preference pane or verify that your accounts have valid credentials.
Code Signing Error: No profiles for 'tv.mrmc.mrmc.lite.ts' were found: Xcode couldn't find any tvOS App Development provisioning profiles matching 'tv.mrmc.mrmc.lite.ts'.
Code Signing Error: Code signing is required for product type 'TV App Extension' in SDK 'tvOS 11.1'
And yes, I've an Apple developer license.

Thanks again davilla.

You need to change the signing account to yours.

Why are you building for Lite ?

Yes, but where? I find across xcode and the only place is in General --> Signing, where I put my team and my iOS developer license. Also y putted it in Build Settings:

Release: iPhone developer license (my license code)
Code Signing Style: Automatic
Development Team: My team
Provisioning Profile: Automatic

It's there or I'm wrong?

PS: How I can build for normal version?

Thanks again davilla ;)

Build "MrMC-TVOS", not "MRMC-TVOS-Lite

these will appear after opening MrMC project, reset them

git checkout MrMC.xcodeproj/xcshareddata/xcschemes/MrMC-TVOS-Lite.xcscheme
git checkout MrMC.xcodeproj/xcshareddata/xcschemes/MrMC-iOS-Lite.xcscheme
