my request is very general not a specific one

only that i think that there must be other extension for subs to use

because the only 2 (the one is working ) are not enough to have subs for exaple in greek language

the sites that i put was for example only

and as I mentioned earlier, we need to have API access to the site. many do not have API as they rely on users accessing the website and serving users the ads to generate the revenue.

your confidence is very reassuring, but I have been looking at subtitle addons(providers) for around 9 years for XBMC, Kodi and now MrMC and so far only 2 have ticked all boxes for us to support... I would not hold my breath if I was you

@amet seeing as there is very low confidence in introducing new subtitle providers, would you be open to considering a more generic approach?

For example, if we could change the URL to the OpenSubtitles API, we could run our own API that conforms to it and use whatever provider in the background. It could also be a custom API that you feel is a good fit for Mr.MC and a custom plugin.
