Works well. I committed to the full MrMC on Plex server experience and delete my other shares. I'll give this a try for awhile. One of the big advantages I'm noticing, besides everything being synced, is that Plex's file/directory management structure rules has always been less rigid and somehow smarter than kodi. MrMC had a hard time finding my newly added tv shows, now they all show up correctly. And there's no more "delete from library?"

This is a great update to MrMC! Still hoping to see richer metadata, like Rotten Tomatoes and actors head shots/posters. ;)

Almost forgot my other repeated request... Theme music ;)

"actors head shots/posters" works if plex has the thumb, don't make me do the screenshot :)

I believe you. Sounds like I need to research some Plex agents then.

No need for the screenshot, but do please tell me how. I've been playing with agents on the Plex PMS, but no luck so far.

Heheh, no idea ... sorry :)

I do see some of the actors are missing but a lot of the movies have the actor thumbs....

We get all the info that Plex gives us, if it's there we will display it... will look later if I can find more information on it.

Mine has been running well. I think the general public will receive it well. It'll likely to be especially welcomed by Plex users who have issues with the ATV Plex client, such as no DTS audio, or no support for a 3rd party remote.

In terms of library maintenance and syncing, this is great!

TestFlight is now closed for new requests. We are moving towards v2.4 release now.

From the MrMC team, many thanks to the numerous testors of the new plex client. It has very good at seeing the various use cases that exposed issues which were fixed. Thanks again guys.

Good news. It was a pleasure to test it. I just wish Amazon also had testflight ability.
