plex crash (firetv1, arm32) needs a verify.
would be nice to get feedback on the smb regression (libsmbclient).
And smb2 support should be active on fireOS and Shield. Not under iOS/tvOS.

Just installed and tried native macOS SMB shares again, still not working. I have to revert back to using SMBup.

macOS shares work(or should work) using libdsm, you need to enable windows file sharing and add the account, it has to have an account linked to it

Still not working means what ? can see them in browse or zeroconfig ? can't login ? using user/pass or guest ? details are important to tracking down the issues.

It's really important the we see debuglog as we sometimes place additional logging under testflight to help understand issues. If you do not want to post a public link to the debuglog, email the log or private link to [email protected].

OK, quit MrMc, started again, watched one episode.. not marked watched..

I "think" I got it fixed, it is very difficult to reproduce on my end even with using your server.

It will be in the next round of TestFlight, stay tuned :)
It's ALMOST fixed.. Out of 8 watched episodes it marked 7 as watched. A big improvement..
