nah, crashlogs and mrmc.log should be enough provided the stack trace in the crashlog has any decent info.timstephens24 wrote:Do you need anything more specifically beyond the logs I sent and the crashlogs when it dies?
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

Just sent you one for the new build. Was on the main screen and using the controller and hit the back button (B).

And another from going from Movies (Plex backend) to the main screen. The log wasn't moved to .old so it's still just showing the one from the previous crash.
edit: probably just cache issue for the log. Recreated it crashing and here's the log: http://paste.ubuntu.com/23942296/

I switched the skin to the default MrMC from Amber and playing around going in and out of Movies/TV Shows works without crashing, so I'm guessing it's something with the Amber skin that's causing those crashes.

If you mean does it always do it, it just did it the first time I launched. If you mean do I always use the controller, no I almost never do. I can't recreate it with the MrMC skin, but using Amber I can crash it by just navigating around.

Yes, I use the shield remote and have the same crashes with amber (mainly seems to relate to the back button)davilla wrote:If you nav around using remote in Amber, same crashing ?timstephens24 wrote:If you mean does it always do it, it just did it the first time I launched.
