Not practical;
This then causes every other video file which it reads correctly to go out of sync.
Remember, the file is in sync, it’s just the media player is playing it back wrong.
The audio offset adjustment doesn't apply to every video unless you set it as default.

Nothing in log, MrMC is just not getting the key press. Does the original shield remote show the same ?
OK, Thanks to Tim I tried the pause/play "button" of the Shield remote. It also exhibits the same behavior as described in my previous posts.
What skin are you using?
Opacity

Re: Testing MrMC 3.7.0

With this latest shield I've had a couple times now where MrMC stops responding to the play/pause button of the firestick (bluetooth) remote that I use. https://paste2.org/waYWMWj4 Perhaps that log will have something. Was anything found re this problem? I think this post slipped through the cracks...

Original shield remote has no play/pause, ff, rw buttons so I'm not sure what you mean.
It actually does. The middle area that's a touch sensitive spot if you double tap you get play/pause.
:shock: Thanks for that! Will try next time the firestick remote acts up.

Re: Dolby Vision Mux!

thought on how to properly support profile 5 ? It looks like FFmpeg already supports ICtCp color space. Is this information from profile 5 video being passed to AVF codec? Everything from the file is demuxed and video content is passed into AVF codec. Unless ffmpeg is stripping something out during...

Re: Future Skin Support

Hi MrMC team, I would like to give another vote for the standard Kodi skin: Estuary. After using it both in Kodi and on the beta versions of SPMC, I would love to see it back on my Nvidia Shield again on MrMC so all my devices have a uniform look and feel (higher WAF factor). Estuary also works nat...

Re: Dolby Vision Mux!

@wesk05, can you explain backward compatibility? A Dolby Vision stream can be set to be backward compatible with HDR10 or SDR. In MediaInfo, you would see a string like this for Dolby Vision clips - dvhe.dtr@uhd24. The alphabet before "@" is the one that tells you what the backward compbatibility i...
