Were you able to check out the file xinseo.mkv? Your file is going from a 29.97 to a 23.97 framerate after ~5 sec. Not sure what your expectations are, here. Didn't check the end-of-file desync, yet, but I bet on a bad encode... I started working on an actual "OnStart" *only* framerate switching. W...

2) Display refresh rate adjustment doesn't obey the setting "on start/stop". If I use AMC decoders (surface or non-surface) on my DVD rips (those work with AMC surface now, thank you) it'll start off seeing them as 29.97fps, and outputting 59.94fps. But, after a few seconds some part of the process...
