VPN possible?

Hi guys, I have a NAS at home and I take the Apple TV with me when traveling. Is there any way to connect to the NAS without opening all kind of ports in the home router? The NAS has L2TP, PPTP and OpenVPN servers, but Apple TV not. Is there a possibility to have a MrMC VPN client addon, something l...

Re: Any plan to update Siri remote behavior?

Developing for several platforms takes also away the focus from what used to be iOS/tvOS centric. Seems not to much hope for remote and tvml...[emoji41]

VU+/Enigma2 no multiple bouquets

Since one of the last update, not sure exactly when, only one bouquet is available (All channels bouquet). In configuration the "download only one bouquet " is off.
I have a Kodi and and all bouquets are available, that makes me to believe that is a MrMC addon issue, the VU box is okay.

Is this a Plex forum?

Just wandering as I see many Plex postings, including a dedicated sub forum. Plex has its own Apple TV app, why not using that instead of trying to adapt MrMC to Plex? MrMC is great at direct playing a file on your TV, from wherever you keep it, no need to insert another computer or application betw...

AVCHD even more broken

At 1.x AVCHD was playing very good, actually MrMC was the only app able to play AVCHD files on Apple TV. At 2.0 got stuttering every few seconds. At 2.3 got almost continuous stuttering, if lucky a good frame. I have a gigabit LAN to a Synology NAS, SMB not changed since MrMC was 1.x. Could not help...

AVCHD broken after 2.0 update

When you guys released MrMC I was really happy to find out that finally I could watch my hundreds of vacation videos from Canon HF100, mts files at 17 Mbps. They all played very smooth from a Synology NAS, over 1 Gb LAN, on SMB share. Unfortunately I found since MrMC 2.0 release all mts files are st...

Re: SAT>IP support

http://www.satip.info I mean a SAT>IP client, something like EyeTV or TIZI apps, I guess a sort of PVR plugin in MrMC, able to recognize a SAT>IP server and display the Tv, EPG. Seems to be a new trend to replace the DVB-S boxes with SAT>IP servers connected directly to a router. There are also flat...

Re: MrMc on iPhone with synology

Can you see the menus? I use two pairs of glasses and still difficult to read them!!!, but if you are positive you typed correctly the small letters, it should work with any protocol. You also should forward the correct ports for the service you need to use on your router, as described in Synology d...
