3.7.1 is beta, you signed up to do beta testing... no?
I think some think that means it's just a "preview" release, not that they need to test and report bugs

(because of no autoswitch like ATV4k) But it is the only mistake by using shield with MrMc. It would be awesome if this issue could be solved! Thanks for all the h...

Re: Dolby Vision

You should try the original m2ts file and not the mp4 remuxed file. Those are the ones that work.

Re: Dolby Vision

Those aren't the samples he's looking for. I'm also surprised your files don't work for you. I know the ones I tested in the past worked, but that was a long time ago and I don't normally test them. I'll try some of them out when I make it back to my actual house at the end of the week.

Re: Help for selecting right Audio settings

Set your audio channels to 5.1 but also turn on passthrough for everything. Your system can accept the lossless codecs.

Re: Audio DRC

Don't most receivers have this in their settings? I know the three I have hooked up do, though I don't care how loud it gets so I never use them :D

Re: [3.7.0] A few new user questions about MrMC

Thanks for the replies. I have the Apple TV (4th gen), not the Apple TV 4K - does that make a difference to my queries about MKV VC1 files? All my media is 1080p or lower. After a few fixes early on in the MrMC development for VC1 all but one movie of mine with VC1 played really well. So yeah, you ...

Re: [MrMC Lite] Selecting a specific movie in library?

Hopefully MrMC plays it fine, but if not make sure you post the debug log and give some information about the file. You'll find the devs here pretty responsive.

Re: [MrMC Lite] Selecting a specific movie in library?

You can make a folder and put a symlink or hard link to your problem file in that folder. From there just add that folder to MrMC with SMB or NFS and remove all the other sources.
